For all orders we accept payment by credit card VISA, MC, Max Discovery only for USA & Canada. Please ask before you make your order if you live out side USA & Canada.

We also  ship c.o.d. on  money orders or cashier's checks on approved credit. All orders must be prepaid - Once the check has cleared, orders will be shipped. These methods are available for US shipments only.

Western Union is a fast &reliable way of transferring money overseas.

1, Simply go to your nearest Western Union branch or agent and fill in the form and hand over the desired amount which you wish to transfer to the WU agent.

2, A service fee is payable.

3, You will then obtain a Money Transfer Control Number (MATCH), which we kindly request you to e-mail to us. This number must be produced by ourselves in order for us to receive the payment.

All orders in side the U S will be ship via FEDEX ground or trucking we can ship to any country in the world, except Nigeria by courier Services FedEx DHL or air freight. Buyer have to pay all shipping charges. Most products can be shipped within

24 hours after we receive payment in our account. Courier shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive in lower 48 states.

Susanna will be not responsible for any duties or any taxes in your country Please check your customs to see if any customs duty or tax may apply on your order.

Customer is responsible for payment of customs duty or taxes. Susanna Intl is not liable for paying local taxes.

Q. How long does it take to ship out my order ?

A. It all depends on the quantity of items order, for example if a 10 piece order is placed and it does not consist of the same item but of different items, it can take up to 2 business days to ship out. Pre packed (Full case) orders will ship out faster.

Q. How many items are in a pre-packed case ?

A. Most of our merchandise is pre-packed with 10 jackets per case. Pre-packed orders are ship faster.

Q. What is a Bulk Discount ?

A. A bulk discount is an order that consist of 20 items or more.

Q. Do you offer an Exchange or Return Policy?

A. We do not offer a return or exchange policy. As the prices for our products are reasonably low, we cannot offer this type of service. We will exchange an item(s) if it is found to be damaged within 5 business days from the date the product was delivered. You will need to contact our customer service department and inform them of the problem found with the product. All items will be inspected upon delivery to our warehouse.

Q. Do we offer samples of our merchandise?

A. We can ship out a
